Servicing and repairs
No bookings are required for in-workshop repairs, unless by special arrangement. Reception hours are 9am until 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. No cables or cords are required except where there is an external power supply. For example, some HP printers, portable printers such as Canon iP models, etc. Working consumables are required to test the device so include all inks, toners and drums, as applicable.

Warranty repairs for Oki, Canon, Brother, Samsung, Epson and Panasonic business imaging products. This encompasses printers, copiers, scanners, fax, multifunction (all in one), electronic whiteboards and more. To obtain warranty service, we require a proof of purchase, usually in the form of a store invoice. Most home/small office equipment warranty is "back to base" ie the equipment must be brought into the repairer. Some larger, heavier machines such as colour lasers may be "on-site" where we come to you. Check the conditions of your warranty
A minimum fee of $89 is payable in advance on all non-warranty repairs. If a repair can be effected in the first instance, this could be the final charge. Where additional time and/or materials are required, we will quote additional charges prior to going ahead.
Larger copiers, large format printers, electronic whiteboards and similar large equipment can be serviced on-site. Bookings are required so phone or email to arrange. A minimum fee of $220 applies.
